Data is broadly recognised as a key asset in both private companies and public organisations. However, many organisations need inspiration on where to put the guiding star that will define their data efforts, and some lack a proper data infrastructure to enable reporting and more advanced analytics solutions.  

We support our clients in setting a direction for their work with data as well as improving data governance and data management. In doing so, we build trust in data being used to support the clients in making the right decisions. 

The role as data consultant encompasses a unique opportunity to help our clients realise value by using and developing state-of-the-art frameworks in data strategy, data management and data governance. 

We help our clients across sectors in all aspects of their journey with data. Here are some examples of our current assignments: 

  • Helping a global retailer develop their master data strategy, including an as-is assessment of data capabilities, a to-be design and a roadmap for how to fill the gaps between as-is and to-be 

  • Helping a global life science company drive their data office epics across all areas, such as Commercial, Finance, People and Organisation etc., by taking on business roles such as project manager and business analyst, but also more technical roles like data architects when needed 

  • Helping a governmental organisation design and establish a reporting framework for monitoring a large infrastructure mega-project based on multiple data sources. 


We are looking for both new and experienced data professionals who are curious to learn (and eager to develop) new ways of guiding our clients on their data journey.  

Below, we have listed some relevant qualifications for the assignments awaiting our new colleague. However, we believe the right candidate(s) could have any number of backgrounds, so these qualifications are guiding principles, not mandatory requirements:  

  • Experience working with data strategy, management and governance frameworks, operating models, policies, processes, and standards 

  • Knowledge of or hands-on experience with metadata management, master/reference data management, data quality and data integration 

  • Experience working with different stakeholder groups (data sponsors/owners/ stewards etc.) to implement new data governance processes and frameworks 

  • Relevant certifications (DCAM Council, DAMA DM-BOK etc.) 

  • Experience in Agile/DevOps project life cycles 

  • Strong written and verbal communication in Danish or English.
