Do you relish building data platforms, data pipelines and data transformation capabilities and are comfortable pivoting across multiple disciplines, i.e. Supply Chain, Risk & Compliance, Finance, HR and Facilities?


PA’s data and analytics team helps business extract value from data and transform them into data-driven organizations.  A key element to managing “data as a valuable asset” is ensuring trusted, high quality data for business operations, reporting and analytics. We help clients to build a strong, sustainable Data Quality foundation to active assess and monitor the quality of their data assets. This allows them to enable operational efficiencies, ensure better decision making and reduce risk from data.

What we're looking for

  • 3-7 + years software development and engineering experience and demonstrated engineering team leadership in data ingestion/integration to Data Warehouse/Data Lake with Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Notable experience with databases, building data flows for data acquisition, aggregation, and modelling using traditional ETL solutions like Airflow, SSIS, Talend, Ataccama, informatica, or similar
  • Experience with data workflow modelling for logical and physical models
  • Experience with data cleansing, transformation, validation, and monitoring
  • Experienced in Python, RDBMS, SQL
  • Working knowledge of Snowflake / Postgres Databases
  • Experience with AWS, Talend, Kubernetes or similar technology
  • Solid analytical and reasoning skills for design, troubleshooting and root cause analysis
  • Great communication skills with technical and non-technical teams
  • Experience in designing and implementing Data Quality dashboard, metrics and scorecards
  • Knowledge of core Data Governance concepts and tools like Collibra is a plus
  • Understanding of basic statistics and data science is a plus

Additional Information

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience with MDM and data quality tools such as Informatica, Talend, or similar
  • Technical user interfaces (for internal tech teams)
  • Familiarity with machine learning and NLP data stability needs
  • Web scraping and CSS/XPATH selectors
  • Basic familiarity with visualizing data with Tableau, Business Objects, Quicksight, PowerBI and similar tools
